Billing & Payment Information

Billing is handled directly through our office as part of the evaluation process. Details are provided after your case has been reviewed to ensure accuracy and clarity.

A Structured Approach

Each case is different. For that reason, billing is addressed after we have reviewed your information and determined the appropriate evaluation.

This allows us to:

  • Align services with your specific situation
  • Provide clear expectations before work begins
  • Maintain a consistent, structured process

When Billing Is Discussed

Billing is addressed early in the process—after your initial intake has been reviewed and before the evaluation begins.

At that stage:

  • The scope of the evaluation is clarified
  • Payment expectations are outlined
  • Any questions can be addressed directly

Insurance

Forensic evaluations are typically not covered by insurance, as they are conducted for legal and court-related purposes rather than medical ones. If you have questions about coverage, we recommend contacting your provider directly.

Questions About Billing

If you have questions, our office will provide guidance once your information has been submitted and reviewed. This ensures that all details are accurate and relevant to your case.
